His dam is one of the most accomplished Morabs alive, having done just about anything you can think of! Knight is a very promising young colt, showing all the quality that his parents could give him. He is the only intact breeding son of his dam, and strongly bred for black. He has two full sisters who are black, and two of his non-black maternal sisters have also only produced black when bred to his sire. We will be using him very limited this year. His Morgan lines both go back to our champion foundation mare, Bar-T Trinket, a daughter of the immortal Orcland Leader. Extremely good tempered, his foals also tend to be easy going & willing; he throws his excellent feet and legs; level topline; big soft eye. We are currently breeding Powder to several palomino Morab mares for buckskins (three are due this year). He has a buckskin Morab filly from last year that we are keeping. His beautiful golden buckskin coloring is not only rare in the breed, but his depth of Morab breeding is, too - he is a third generation Gold Seal Morab on his dam's side, and a second generation on his sire's. This colt is maturing with wonderful bone, muscling, and frame. He has a beautiful head and eye that catches the attention of all who see him. Bred to Arabians, he can produce ''colorful'' Half Arabs that are also Morabs. He can also be bred to Morab mares. Bred to other breeds besides Morabs and Arabs, Dusty's foals can be registered with the Half Morab Registry in Illinois. Located in SW Arkansas, Dusty's stud fee will be $300 for 2005.
